The product has a one year life and can be used by six people in the family. Despite all my attempts to get in touch with Microsoft are going in vain. The toll free numbers keep you on hold forever. Amazon on its part is not willing to have anything to do with the product and nor is it willing to replace it. I don't know what I am supposed to do next???? As many have indicated, don't buy this product from Amazon Cloudtail.
